ADHD Leadership Coaching

I work with professionals, leaders and business owners who are diagnosed, self-diagnosed or exploring whether ADHD may be part of their experience.

Many of my clients are highly capable people who feel overwhelmed by the demands of working in environments designed for neurotypical ways of thinking and operating.

Often, they know they are capable of far more than they are currently able to access consistently.

They may struggle with:

Prioritising and organising work
Managing overwhelm and mental overload
Sustaining focus and follow-through
Procrastination and time management
Emotional intensity or self-criticism
Burnout from masking or overcompensating
