Develop professional coaching capability grounded in generative listening

Coaching is not about having the answers. It is about creating the conditions for others to think for themselves.

The Time to Think Coaching Course builds on the Thinking Environment and develops your ability to coach with clarity, confidence, and deep respect for independent thinking.

Over four immersive days, you will learn how to coach in a way that enables insight, responsibility, and meaningful change.

What you will gain

You will develop a professional coaching approach, including:

  • A clear structure for Thinking Environment coaching conversations
  • The ability to listen with precision and non-interruption
  • Incisive Questions to unlock breakthrough thinking
  • Confidence to coach without advising, fixing, or directing
  • The ability to create a space where others think clearly and act independently

Underpinned by the Ten Components, you will strengthen your presence, discipline, and impact as a coach.

Outcomes for organisations

Organisations benefit from leaders who can:

  • Coach others to think and perform at a higher level
  • Build internal coaching capability
  • Improve decision-making and accountability
  • Strengthen leadership conversations and development
  • Create a culture where people take ownership of their thinking

For individuals

This programme is ideal if you want to:

  • Develop professional coaching skills
  • Deepen your listening and leadership presence
  • Build confidence in enabling others to think and act independently

The course is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) with 22 continuous coaching education credits (CCEs).
