Experience the power of attention in its purest form
There are very few places where you can think without interruption and be met with complete, generative attention.
The Time to Think Thinking Partnership Programme introduces you to the Thinking Environment in its most focused form: one-to-one thinking partnerships.
Over three immersive days, you will experience what becomes possible when two people agree to create the conditions for each other to think independently, courageously, and well.
This is where insight deepens, clarity emerges, and confidence grows.
What you will gain
You will discover and practise a powerful way of working in partnership, including:
- The Thinking Partnership – a structured approach to uninterrupted attention
- The discipline of listening without interruption or judgment
- Incisive Questions – to remove limiting assumptions and unlock fresh thinking
- The ability to create space where others can think for themselves with clarity and ease
- Greater awareness of how your attention impacts the thinking of others
Underpinned by the Ten Components, you will learn how to create a relationship built on equality, respect, and trust.
What makes this different
This is not coaching as advice-giving or problem-solving.
It is a partnership in which:
- The thinker does the thinking
- The listener creates the conditions
- Insight is generated, not directed
You will experience both roles and leave with a practice you can use in coaching, leadership, and everyday conversations.
Outcomes for organisations
Organisations benefit from leaders who can:
- Listen in a way that unlocks independent thinking in others
- Build deeper trust and connection
- Enable more thoughtful decision-making and problem-solving
- Develop others through attention rather than instruction
- Strengthen coaching capability across the organisation
The result is not just better conversations, but more capable, confident thinkers.
Many participants attend to deepen their listening, coaching, or leadership presence and to experience high-quality thinking for themselves.
You will gain:
- A powerful approach to one-to-one conversations and coaching
- Greater confidence in listening without needing to fix or advise
- Space to think about what matters most to you
- A meaningful connection with others in a thoughtful, reflective environment
No prior experience is required, just a willingness to listen and think.
The course is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) with 20 continuous coaching education credits (CCEs) and 1 Resource Credit.
What delegates say
“The course completely changed how I listen. I realised how often I interrupted thinking without even knowing it.”
“This was transformational. I now approach every conversation differently, with more patience, attention and confidence.”
“I’ve taken many leadership courses, but this one genuinely changed how I think and how I lead.”
“The space to think, practise and reflect was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.”
